Important Information for Seniors and Parents...
Gigante Productions, Inc. is now utilizing the web so that high school Seniors have user friendly options when it comes to their senior photography. You can now view, select and order your Senior formal and personality proofs at the studio where you get a discount or order online, safely and securely. The choice is yours. How and when do I schedule my "Senior Portraits"?
*Senior Portraits reservations are NOW being taken, so call ASAP to schedule yours
*To schedule: call 813-907-1078 or e-mail Senior Booking Reservation
*All Seniors this year will be photographed at our studio located in Hunter's Green
*The GPI Studio address is 8709 Hunter's Green Drive, Tampa, Florida 33647
*Directions: Bruce B. Downs, 1 mile N. of I-75 at the 4th light or 1/4 mile S. of Cross Creek

*We will be able to photograph formal and personality portraits on the same day
*Personality portraits will be taken inside the studio and also outside in our Natural Settings
*A $15 "Sitting Fee" is required, which is given back to your school as a fundraiser
*There is a $10 fee for any missed appointment (24 hours cancellation notice must be given)
What do I wear and what do I bring to the studio?
*Guys wear a white t-shirt and ladies a strapless top for the formal portraits
*GPI will provide a tuxedo shirt/jacket for the guys and a black drape for the ladies formals
*ATTENTION: WESLEY CHAPEL HS SENIORS get to wear their own formal attire!
*Feel free to bring a change of clothes, props, pets or friends for personality portraits
*Please be sure that the clothing that you choose is appropriate for school pictures
*Be sure to bring any make up or cosmetics, as there are restrooms to change and get ready
*Also BRING YOUR IPOD to hook up to our sound system for a more enjoyable photo session
*Drinks and snacks will be available if you feel the need to snack during your session

*Missed appointments will incur a $10 fee if not given 24 hour notice

The "Gigante Extreme" Senior Photoshoot
*Senior Photo shoot at either Big Pine Key (Tampa Bay) or Anclote Key (Tarpon Springs)
*Availability and times are "extremely" limited for this photo shoot, so book early!
*Departs 8:00 AM weather permitting and returns to the pier by approximately 2:00 PM
*Includes all refreshments, lunch, snacks, captian/photographer and an assistant
*One parent chaperone is allowed to accompany the Seniors at no additional cost
*Session fee for up to two Seniors: $395; Three Seniors: $495; Four Seniors: $575,
*Bring a change clothes, swimsuits, props, athletic gear, hats, towels, backpack, etc...
*Formal portraits will be taken another day and the Session Fee will be waived
*Multiple costumes changes can be done, and is encouraged, at no additional cost
*The "Gigante Extreme" Photoshoot is open to anybody, not just HS Seniors
*Let the adventure begin!
How to view my proofs and order my Senior Portraits?
*Your images will be viewable immediately following your Senior Photo Session
*Please be sure to bring a parent or decision maker with you at your Photo Session
*You save money and have more options on packages by purchasing at the studio
*You can also view, select and purchase securely on line at a later time (usually 2-3 days)
*On-line orders be sure to log in the first time (recommended). This will simplify checkout/visits
*Enter your first and last name at "FIND YOUR PHOTOS" box and enter your password when prompted
*Your personal password is your student ID
*You can give this information to family and friends anywhere and they can view and purchase also
*Select packages from the drop down menu and add to your cart
*To view content of each of our Senior packages, simply click "Details"
*Complete your order, proceed to the shopping cart and check out
*GPI has different payment plans and are very flexible and understanding when ordering

*When setting up your appointment, please mention "Pictures with my Ride!" and you are set
*Cars, trucks, convertibles, motorcycles, boats, scooters, flying saucers and even campers
Special Ordering and Packaging Information
*Every 8x10 and 5x7 ordered include elegant black folders w/gold trim
*Every portrait ordered is color balanced and includes basic retouching
*Basic Retouching includes minor skin blemishes, hot spots and redness
*Extensive Retouching available for severe acne, braces, tan lines and hair issues
*Packages and 'a la carte' items can not be mixed between proofs on-line
*Personalize your wallets is available for a for a one time charge
*Announcements, canvas, metallic, wraps and other items available at the studio only
Picking Your Senior Yearbook Portraits
*You will pick your Senior Formal and Personality picture before you leave the studio
*Our staff will go through all of your pictures and help you decide which ones to choose
*Some schools put a personality picture in the yearbook, while others do not
*If you do not to pick your "Yearbook Pose" at the studio, then you must e-mail it to GPI
*E-mail your formal yearbook proof information with the following information...
Your name, school, senior proof exposure and phone number
*Send to Senior Yearbook Choice
*If you do not choose a yearbook photo, THE SCHOOL WILL PICK ONE FOR YOU!
